Minerals

The Amazonas State is considered mineral reserve zone. Mineral resources are classified as non-renewable, are ubiquitous in this vast region and possibly subject to future development, given its huge commercial value, and taking account of those minerals prized for its strategic value. As the latter is always given very limited information released, however be of great global concern.

We know the existence of manganese in most of the Territory, mainly in the north, where an estimated economically exploitable.
